When I told my girls about these cupcakes and suggested we make them this weekend, they said we should call it Conniption Cupcakes! They know me so well - I am no baker. I like to cook but don't have the patience for baking what with all that measuring and flying flour and more measuring and kneading and more measuring... Just thinking about it makes me want to go to my happy place!
These cupcakes are the perfect solution. So easy that I foresee a very June Cleaver moment in my kitchen. Maybe I'll even don a ruffled apron. We plan to substitute M&M's for the Reese's Pieces since one of my girls does not like pb and maybe use a candy corn for the beak.
